The Damiano hat is a timeless symbol of Borsalino excellence. This model is crafted from Marengo felt, known for its good thermal insulation and robustness. This hat is unlined, offering a lightweight and comfortable fit. The design is enriched by a 3 cm grosgrain band. The brim is medium-sized, measuring 5.5 cm. The Fedora model is an evolution of the 1860s bowler hat. The design evolved by the end of the 19th century into its current form. Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are expressed in every single piece. The Borsalino handmade production process involves more than 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation.
