The brim is medium-sized, measuring approximately 6 cm. The printing on the felt is achieved using a process that mimics artisanal coloring techniques. As a result, the coloring of the purple and orange squares may appear uneven, adding a unique character to each piece. This should be seen as a distinctive feature and not a defect of the product. Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are expressed in every single piece.
