The Sophie hat is a timeless symbol of Borsalino excellence. The model is made from shaved felt, known for its extraordinary softness and smooth finish. This hat is unlined and offers a light and comfortable fit. The design is enriched with a 4 cm tone-on-tone grosgrain ribbon. The brim is wide and measures approximately 10 cm. This model, produced in Alessandria, Italy since 1857, takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans, whose talent and passion for hat-making are reflected in every single piece. The Borsalino handmade production process involves more than 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation by the artisans.
