Panama Restaurant Beach Versilia by Borsalino captures the essence of Versilia through one of the international symbols of summer elegance: a hand-woven Panama hat representative and pinnacle of Borsalino’s artisan tradition. It is the beginning of a new era in the experience of luxury on the Tuscan coast: Panama Beach offers 30 beach tents (10 Royale beachfront, 8 Luxury e 12 Premium daily rentables), a scenic Pool area in precious Carrara marble with an octagonal bar, a dedicated Borsalino corner, 2 private VIP areas, a refined restaurant featuring local Italian cuisine.

Designed under the artistic direction of Anna Mocchetti and under the supervision of Borsalino, the space reflects a concept of sophisticated luxury, where style and refinement are at the service of hospitality. Precious marbles, wicker furniture, shades of sand, dove-gray and Landreville green shape the rooms focused on relaxation and refined well-being. One of the stellar features of the Panama Beach experience is the restaurant led by Executive Chef Patrizio Giacomelli who with his talented 15-person team offers a gourmet menu with typical Versilian flavors. A starring menu proposal is the Esperienza Borsalino – featuring Panama-shaped ravioli garnished with purple prawn tartare, served on a mother of pearl plate, onyx underplate and accompanied by a flute of rosé champagne.

Open to the public from June 10th, 2022, Panama Restaurant Beach Versilia by Borsalino will be officially inaugurated with an event scheduled for July 15th, 2022 where a special limited-edition Panama crafted by Borsalino will be presented and available on exclusive sale at the Borsalino corner at the Beach club.
