Shot by renowned photographer Joseph Cardo, under the creative direction of Brand Curator Giacomo Santucci, the new season Borsalino campaign journeys through time celebrating heritage and memory as a guiding energy that inevitably gives meaning to contemporaneity. The Fall-Winter 2022/23 collection meets the fascinating interiors of a historic Alessandria residence, reflecting an elegant ideal of beauty that embraces all forms and expressions of art and creativity.

The campaign images translate the collection’s spirit that travels à rebours from the savvy seventies back in between the two post world war periods, inviting us to reflect on the past as a treasured heritage of creative stimuli that should be persevered, celebrated and reinterpreted in order to design a better present.

"This campaign is a true reflection of the collection’s vision” highlights Brand Curator Borsalino Giacomo Santucci, “where the past and present into a contemporary dialogue through the creative lens of art. My work is deeply connected to the incredible history of Borsalino that spans over 160 years and its excellence in the luxury sector that continues to be a major source of inspiration.”

“These young protagonists featured in the campaign, wear Borsalino new collection hats in a historical context, but at the same time illuminated by a raw, frontal and direct light, rockets us to contemporary, modern day,” declares photographer Joseph Cardo, “The story remains in the background but slowly conquers up energy that creates the narrative.”

Borsalino continues to dedicate towards investing, nurturing and supporting young talents and with this campaign featuring stylist Simone Folli who creatively selected to dialogue the Fall-Winter 2022/23 collection with exciting and young emerging brands including: Myanami, Dadamax, Simon Cracker and Plùs Que Ma Vìe and stars model protagonists Giulia Noemi Crognale and Alessandro Lo Piccolo.
