The Dario hat is made from crushable wool felt, treated to be water-repellent, ensuring durability and featuring a memory effect that allows it to retain its original shape. This hat is unlined, offering a lightweight and comfortable fit. The design is enriched by a 2 cm wide leather band. It includes removable fleece earflaps with an invisible zip for optimal comfort. The brim is medium-sized, measuring approximately 6.5 cm. Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are expressed in every single piece. The Borsalino handmade production process involves more than 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation.
